Finished with an EOS FABRIK stretch-fabric overlay and delivered as a complete EOS solution, it’s ready to install with no additional assembly, wiring, or hassle.

Custom Shapes & Curved-Edge FORM Styling

The FORM Series is built for custom shapes. Available in square, rounded-corner, or fully circular profiles — with bespoke geometry available on request — the panel can take the form your space calls for. This shape flexibility is the defining advantage of the FORM Series: a refined, contemporary presence that a standard rectangular display simply can’t match.

Each panel is finished with an EOS FABRIK stretch-fabric overlay (white or printed) for even, seamless diffusion across the full surface, and custom sizing is available beyond the standard maximum.

Slim Large-Format Profile

3.6″ (90mm) profile with LEDs along the perimeter. Maximum size 118.125″ × 240″ (240″ length × 120″ width) — inquire for larger custom sizes. Surface or pendant mount, indoor rated. Lighter weight and large in scale — ideal for large-area display. On-site assembly required for sizes over 120″ × 80″.

Wide Color Range & High CRI

Dedicated White, Tunable White, RGB, or RGBW output. 90+ CRI standard, with 95+ Premium CRI available for the most color-critical displays. 24VDC standard with UNV 120–277 driver. Dimmable via 0–10V, ELV, DMX/DALI, plug-in and dimmable plug-in supplies.

Low Power Consumption & Long Life

24VDC standard (UNV 120–277 driver). Over 50,000 hours of LED lifetime — nearly 12 years at 12 hours a day — virtually maintenance-free once installed. 5-year warranty per EOS policy.
